Punctuality: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for any necessary paperwork.
Late Arrivals: (Grace-Period): If you are more than 10 minutes late:
- You may shorten your treatment, or
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time ($50 Late/Rescheduling Fee will apply).
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At BESOS, we value your time and ours. A credit card is required when booking appointments. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 non-refundable fee.
- No-shows will also be charged a $50 non-refundable fee.
This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer timely appointments to all our patients.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Submitting a credit card dispute for a clearly stated and agreed-upon fee may result in being unable to book future appointments at BESOS.
Minimum Age: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or a pre-authorized signature must be sent for facials. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE TREATED WITH ANY INJECTABLE TREATMENTS, REGARDLESS OF CONSENT.
Refund Policy: Skincare products are nonrefundable or exchangeable. Prepaid gift cards, packages, treatments, and deposits are NOT exchangeable and are NOT refundable.
*Treatments are individualized and thus, no prepaid treatments or packages can be transferred. *
Gift Cards: Gift cards for any treatment, package, or spa products may be purchased at the front desk or online. All gift cards are non-refundable and are valid and redeemable up to one year after purchase.
Photo Release: At Besos Aesthetics, clinical photographs are required as part of your treatment in order to document and monitor progress. A separate photo release form must be signed if you consent to the use of these images for marketing or social media purposes. Photos taken solely for medical documentation will remain confidential and are used exclusively as part of your treatment record.
Providers: All members of the Besos team are licensed Texas providers practicing under the direct supervision of Dr. Gwieneverea Brandon, MD. Each team member is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintains active credentials.
